With over 18 years experience as a strategy consultant, after a previously successful career as a clinical neuropsychologist, I have advised corporations, executives and leaders around the globe.
My years’ working as a psychologist provide the foundation for my ability to discern insights into human behaviour that drive success. In contrast, the many years of consulting experience across national and international corporations, the university sector, state and local governments, small businesses in a mix of industries and financial institutions underpins my knowledge of the business world.
This combined expertise enables me to complete a comprehensive analysis of an individual’s leadership skills and behaviour within a corporate setting as part of the coaching process. While the executive and management group workshops and facilitation services I offer are also designed and delivered applying this experience.
Registered to practise as a Psychologist in Australia, I am legally bound by a strict set of guidelines for professional behaviour and a code of conduct administered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
